Community Relations & Client Support Manager

Yoana is a multilingual community advocate and client support specialist, dedicated to assisting individuals and businesses in navigating services and overcoming barriers. Since joining Biurokrat in September 2021, she has been committed to building strong relationships within diverse communities and ensuring they receive the support they need.

With over 14 years of experience working with international clients, Yoana understands the challenges many face when settling in a new country. Her experience with two of Chester’s leading service firms has shaped her ability to provide personalized guidance, helping individuals access essential services and integrate smoothly into their communities.

Fluent in English, Bulgarian, and Russian, Yoana is passionate about bridging language gaps and improving communication between migrant communities and local institutions. She takes pride in creating an inclusive environment where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered.

At Biurokrat, Yoana focuses on assisting clients with documentation, communication, and navigating administrative processes, ensuring they receive fair access to resources and opportunities.
